I believe that each person has the innate ability to be happy. My role is not to make you happy, or even to take away your suffering. I will teach you to embrace your own inner strength and healing. My approach is to see you for who you are so that I can effortlessly encourage you toward who you want to become.
I will utilize your strengths to help you develop your weaknesses. My sessions are an enjoyable balance of talking, listening, learning, and practicing. If you do not see results after a few sessions, I will happily refer you to someone who will show you better results as I am part of a network of therapists and other health professionals who are very good at what they do.
